Extreme range-bound AV moves, seriously so frustrating. Yesterday, I closed a small long on $ETH for 1% profit, and closed a short before the drop last night. Basically didn’t make much money. Even though the market was annoying, it’s not enough to break my mindset. My mental strength is way better now. It’s just a matter of asking myself why I still can’t hold my positions. Reduce the position size to one I can hold onto, but when the position is smaller, even if I hold, I don’t make money. So, it’s all just about choices. It’s okay not to make money, but don’t lose. Compared to last year’s range-bound market, my PnL curve was also AV-shaped. This year’s range-bound market, at least I’m not losing money on trades anymore. Just need to be more patient, set lower goals, keep waiting, and stay patient. The big move is coming soon.
