Quick and friendly reminder: CIFR is likely to announce an AI co-location deal for all of Black Pearl’s 300MW before Thanksgiving. This is a massive deal and it is not priced in. In addition, I suspect they will launch a test cloud of 20MW. Fade CIFR at your own risk.(Mike Alfred)
