Binance will never pay PR fees (settlement fees), and the logic is simple: once someone gains benefits by questioning (or spreading FUD about) Binance, a bunch of people will start doing the same. For example, if one day a country announces that catching a mouse will earn you a subsidy, the number of mice in that country will explode exponentially. No conspiracy theories here, I’m not questioning Binance, I’m just tired.
