It’s great to see the SEC moving in the right direction. Still, one thing that has always bothered me is the enforcement activities gag rule. As part of the settlement we did with Biden’s SEC, we were not allowed to publicly deny the allegations. This was personally a sore spot for me. I’m sure @elonmusk would agree as well.(Galois Kevin)
