It's really hard to build a meme community in China because there are too many smart people, too many speculators, and too few pure-hearted ones. A meme community needs that kind of spirit. After inscription, everyone builds the community just to hype it up and find someone to take over, not out of genuine love. Back during the inscription days, there were truly a lot of pure communities.
