The opinions on Binance from domestic and international perspectives are completely polarized.
There’s definitely some ideological influence driving this.
One step back, you can stand on the moral high ground and criticize any existing CEX, but don’t forget—you’re Chinese.
In the centralized exchange space, the Chinese are the only ones leading the race. This means any complaints in your native language can reach the leadership more effectively and quickly. No other sector has so many Chinese professionals involved.
If it were FTX, do you think you could get such quick feedback from @sisibinance, @heyibinance, or @cz_binance?
Because the Chinese government has always operated under a paternalistic system, our subconscious mindset often leans toward needing “protection.” On the other side of the ocean, in pure capitalism’s survival-of-the-fittest environment, that doesn’t exist.
Not taking any sides here, but if Binance collapses, will retail investors who can’t even speak English still have any voice?
