And I agree with Nic that the GENIUS "loophole" (to the extent it should even be called such) will likely not be closed, mostly because it would require a gross overexpansion in the restrictive language to prevent yield sharing in all its possible forms... to the extent that it would meaningfully restrict the core goal of GENIUS (expand stablecoin access).(Scott Johnsson)
