Countdown to Midnight Shutdown: Current gov't funding expires tonight at midnight when a shutdown will occur with no deal in place to pass a short-term funding bill. Later today, Senate plans to revote on both the House-passed CR funding gov't through Nov. 21 & the Senate Dems bill funding through Oct. 31 with extensions of expiring ACA tax credits & anti-rescission spending cuts bill provisions.
