European investors are coming back to America.. they had largely stopped buying US stocks (bc Europe stocks were on fire in first quarter) but have bought more US then local past two months. They really depend on US stock mkt for returns (and have 50% of their ETF assets invested here) as you can see from historical flows..(Eric Balchunas)
