I suspect that a lot of pleb noderunners are confusing 51% of hashrate with 51% of nodes. Bitcoin educators didn't really teach or provide mental models, memes, which explain bitcoins uncensorability. So plebs have kind of warped views on what "consensus" looks like. This is probably a large amount of the less-technical Knots camp and why the filter argument is so resonant.(cbspears ◉)
