Metaplanet CEO: Bitcoin is a necessity for addressing inflation and protecting wealth

According to Golden Finance, Simon Gerovich, CEO of Japanese listed company Metaplanet, posted on social media that people in high inflation countries need Bitcoin to protect their savings from currency collapse and capital controls, while people in low inflation countries need Bitcoin to avoid implicit currency depreciation and negative real returns. It states that because Bitcoin is designed to preserve value for generations and pass on wealth, everyone needs Bitcoin.
