According to a report by Golden Ten, Kay Haigh, Global Co Head of Fixed Income and Liquidity Solutions at Goldman Sachs, said, "Although the Consumer Price Index released today shows some early signs of tariff impact, overall, potential inflation remains relatively mild. However, it is expected that price pressure will increase during the summer period, and the CPI reports for July and August will be important hurdles to overcome. At present, the Federal Reserve is still in a wait-and-see mode. But if potential inflation continues to remain moderate, the possibility of the Federal Reserve restarting its interest rate cut cycle in the fall still exists
