As of June 30th, National Financial Services LLC holds 84.4 million shares of the company, accounting for 12.9% of the total share capital and valued at approximately 130 billion yen (approximately 820 million US dollars). NFS is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Fidelity Investments, typically serving as a custodian for retail and institutional investors who purchase stocks through the Fidelity platform.
