According to Decrypt, Detroit has sued the encrypted real estate platform Real Token and its 165 affiliated limited liability companies, stating that this is the largest pollution reduction lawsuit to date. The lawsuit claims that Real Token, a blockchain based real estate investment platform, failed to meet the health and safety requirements of the 400 properties it manages, putting tenants in a dangerous situation. It is reported that tenants of over 400 properties do not have heating, water, or available shower facilities. Detroit requests the court to compel the founder of the encryption platform to carry out repairs, establish a rental custody account, and hold individuals accountable,
