According to the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government News Release, Hong Kong Chief Executive Carrie Lam stated in her speech at the 28th anniversary reception of the establishment of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region that Hong Kong has strengthened connectivity, formulated a stablecoin licensing system, optimized the listing process, and enhanced financial competitiveness. Hong Kong's position as a financial center has risen one place, firmly ranking third in the world. Hong Kong has introduced 84 key enterprises engaged in cutting-edge technology, bringing in approximately HKD 50 billion in investment.
