🧑‍🦽 The single plank bridge of arbitrage cannot even fit two addresses I have been studying the arbitrage of BOOP airdrops these days. *If you haven't heard of BOOP, you can slide to the next one. After practical research, it was found that such a narrow track really couldn't fit two arbitrage addresses. For example, every time a target with a slight profit margin is discovered, there is always an address in the front row, and they have already come to occupy the position a few days ago. If you also squeeze in at this time, that's great. Although the airdrop has your share, it provides valuable exit liquidity for others, which is simply not worth the loss. So much so that I became ruthless and grabbed all the token data for analysis, but I was unable to obtain any valuable additional information. Not only that, I found that at least two addresses were 100% automated by the script, because once the snapshot time passed, they were immediately sold. Not only that, but what's even more strange is that according to the official API interface, even though there was no snapshot yet, the two of them sold it half a minute in advance. I conducted a detailed study without understanding the reason and discovered clues. The time given by the official interface was later than the actual token deployment time, I don't know if it was intentional or an internal program error. The devil is in the details. How can we compete with our peers who have already seized the opportunity every second? I was so angry that I wrote a Dune SQL to see how many airdrops these guys actually received. The front row address does indeed have the arbitrage expert I discovered, showing that he has already received millions of airdropped tokens, with a return of at least 100000 dollars based on the average price in the past. Very good, great, very powerful. Although overall, I didn't make much profit, the process was still very interesting. The most fascinating aspect of Web3 is that: Everything is transparent and on chain. As long as you have a pair of observant eyes and a little patience, you will always discover some special opportunities. Just need to be earlier next time.
