Texas passes strategic Bitcoin reserve bill, handed over to governor's office for signature

On May 22nd, according to Bitcoin Laws, Texas passed the Strategic Bitcoin Reserve Act SB 21, which received 101 votes in favor and 42 votes against during its third reading. The bill has now been submitted to the governor's office for signature.
