Vitalik: Future democratic systems may reduce reliance on "transparency and accountability" and have more autonomy in decision-making

According to Foresight News, Vitalik Buterin, co-founder of Ethereum, stated in an article that the future trend of democratic systems may reduce reliance on "transparency and accountability" and instead adopt more indirect methods, providing more space for (diverse, aggregated) personal conscience. For example, voting on United Nations resolutions should be a secret ballot, where each country can choose (and replace) its own representatives, but once a choice is made, what the representatives do is determined by their own conscience. This also applies to DAOs.
