On Brother Wu's question, I would like to say a few more reasons why BlackRock chose to cooperate with Circle (USDC) instead of issuing its own stablecoins:
1. Avoid touching regulations
The GENIUS Act draft that I just talked about explicitly restricts "non bank financial institutions" and "tech giants" from directly issuing stablecoins to prevent monopolies and systemic risks.
