Shorting MSTR and buying BTC is such an easy trade. So many wannabe giga-brains are spinning up all sorts of theories on why MSTR deserves a fat premium over its BTC. To me, it's simple: A company is not worth more than its assets. Or maybe I'm just too dumb to understand.
