Trump publicly criticized the Federal Reserve more than 12 times this year, demanding an immediate interest rate cut

On May 2nd, after the release of the non farm payroll report, Trump once again called for interest rate cuts, stating that tariffs have brought in billions of dollars in revenue and are currently only in a transitional stage, and the Federal Reserve should lower interest rates.
On May 4th, Trump made it clear for the first time in an interview that he would not consider dismissing Powell before his term ends in 2026, while reiterating that the Federal Reserve should lower interest rates. Small businesses in the United States do not require any relief.
