KernelDAO suspends rsETH deposits and withdrawals to fix contract vulnerabilities in recent upgrades

The KernelDAO team discovered a vulnerability in their fee casting contract during the latest upgrade, which resulted in additional rsETH being minted and transferred to the fee address. The team stated that all funds are still safe in the smart contract, but as a precautionary measure, deposit and withdrawal services have been suspended.
