Wu Shuo learned that on chain data shows that Ripple unlocked 500 million XRPs worth approximately 1.02 billion US dollars from the custodial account marked as "Ripple (27)" at 15:04 Beijing time, and transferred them to addresses marked as "Ripple (12)" and "Ripple (13)". Currently, Ripple (27) still holds 500 million XRPs and will continue to unlock a total of 3.5 billion XRPs on the 1st of each month.
