It’s relatively easy to launch a token, work hard for a year or two, exit, and move onto the next thing. Real conviction in what you’re building comes over many years and multiple cycles. I vested my entire OM team allocation on the first version of our ERC token after 4 years of building MANTRA. I voluntarily gave it all back, and re-vested the entire allo into our new T&A bucket. Long-term alignment is critical. I won’t touch a single OM (I didn’t purchase myself) for 7.5 years before an additional 2.5 years of unlocking. This isn’t my motivator. I’ll be building MANTRA and the future of finance regardless. RWAs are the epitome of multi-cycle, and I will bring as many as possible onchain. I was put on earth to fulfill this mission.
