Removing all interactions with the protocol from people's ownership of Bitcoin will be a slow death sentence for its true value prop: liberty. We're centralizing mining, centralizing supply, and a generation of new investors don't control a single UTXO or even know what that is. An idea ceases to persist if memory of it is lost.
