The US government has had roughly a 2 trillion budget deficit for the past few years. If DOGE cuts govt spending and millions of illegals are sent home, that dramatically reduces what the govt spends on food stamps, medicaid and other social welfare programs. That is govt created GDP and is not the real economy. Eliminating it would be the best recession ever.
