CBOE applies to SEC for adding staking function to Fidelity Ethereum ETF

The trust's shares have been approved by the committee to be listed and traded on the exchange under BZX Rule 14.11 (e) (4), and this modification aims to allow the trust's holdings of Ethereum to be pledged.
