Binance also provides additional support to assist in investigating the cause of the incident. Firstly, in response to community feedback that a leaker had disclosed online information in advance and suspected that this person was a member of the GoPlus team or community administrator, GoPlus immediately launched an internal investigation. The investigation results show that this situation is not true. Because the GoPlus team was not informed in advance of the GPS launch plan on March 4th. Everything happened suddenly, and our team only learned about the launch after the announcement was released, and immediately cooperated with Binance to meet any additional requirements on our side. In addition, it has been confirmed that the personnel who spread various rumors are not related to the parties involved, and they have no way to obtain internal information about the launch through official internal channels. On the day of its launch, GoPlus transferred a total of 500 million GPS tokens to Binance. Among them, 300 million GPS tokens have been distributed as rewards for the BNB HODLer program, and the remaining 200 million tokens will be used for future marketing activities.
