Cosmos Hub plans to launch IBC v2 and coordination service product IBC Eureka

According to Foresight News, Cosmos Hub has released a new vision and plans to launch IBC v2, which is specifically designed for high-capacity networks and will enable IBC to expand to non Cosmos ecosystems such as Ethereum and Solana. To support the IBC connection between Cosmos Hub and Ethereum, the team will use the ZK proof system to reduce verification costs and introduce IBC smart contracts with packet repeaters and decentralized asset casting. As an important supporting tool for IBC V2, the team has simultaneously launched the coordination service product IBC Eureka. This service will be supported by Cosmos Hub as a coordination layer, expanding and accumulating inter chain connections by using the Hub as a router. IBC Eureka is positioned as the first coordination service supported by Hub, which will serve hundreds of protocols and enterprises in the future, enabling broader cross chain interoperability.
