Wu said that cryptocurrency trading company Cumberland DRW has partnered with America The SEC has reached an agreement and both parties have signed a joint document applying to withdraw the SEC's lawsuit against Cumberland DRW. The agreement was reached in principle on February 20th and is currently awaiting approval from the SEC. Previously, the SEC accused it of operating as an unregistered securities trader.
