Fee monetization is already paying out 30k-50k/m, I would like to see this higher, but sadly, being a super high throughput chain, our fees are incredibly cheap (good for users, not great for Fee monetization), so next we will be releasing dynamic fees, that allow apps to set their own fee pricing. High volume things like exchanges and games can set sub cent fees, low volume but high value apps like lending or liquidity management can set high fees.
Fee monetization = revenue share (think Youtube/Twitch/etc for creators)
Dynamic Fees = pricing (some apps you are willing to pay 0.99c/m, others 99/m, up to the apps to figure out their pricing)
