Senate NOW voting on legislation to overturn the Biden administration's EPA fee on methane waste emissions for oil & gas producers via the Congressional Review Act. House approved it yesterday 220-206-1. If it passes the Senate, it would head to Pres. Trump, who plans to sign it.
