DraftKings reaches $10 million settlement with users over NFT sales lawsuit

On February 27th, according to Bloomberg, DraftKings Inc. agreed to pay $10 million to settle a lawsuit accusing the sports entertainment company of violating state and federal securities laws while selling NFTs.
According to the briefing, the proposed settlement funds will be allocated to users who purchase, hold, or sell DraftKings NFTs from August 11, 2021 until the judgment takes effect.
