Bybit has been thriving overseas in recent years, claiming to be the second largest exchange. However, the cold wallet has caused over 4 million ETH to be hacked, and North Korean hackers have targeted it. 1.5 billion is not a small amount of money for them, what's even more ruthless is panic withdrawals.
