K33 Research: Bitcoin is in a low volatility state, traders should remain cautious

On February 19th, according to The Block, K33 Research stated that Bitcoin is still in a low volatility state, with a slight decline of 2% this week. Due to risk averse traders lowering returns, volatility, and trading volume to several month lows, the overall market performance is sluggish, but it rarely lasts for a long time.
Vetle Lunde, head of research at K33, pointed out that although the Trump administration, which supports cryptocurrency, is positive for Bitcoin and the entire industry in the long run, short-term uncertainty still keeps market activity sluggish. The overall risk aversion sentiment indicates that traders are prepared to deal with downward volatility, while the current moderate leverage level means that the risk of clearing chain reactions is relatively low. Traders should remain cautious until a clear directional signal appears.
