At present, these funds are still on the chain and will not move any SOL. The main role of KIP Protocol in this project is to help distribute funds to Argentine companies, not in terms of tokens, let alone market makers. It should be noted that LIBRA does not have pre-sales, and all tokens are sold through a one-sided liquidity pool. KIP Protocol will develop a plan for running the Libertad project based on its initial objectives. No SOL will be used beyond the purpose of running Project Viva La Libertad.
