According to official sources, CeDeFi infrastructure BounceBit announced that it has obtained an Approved Administrator (AIM) license for the British Virgin Islands. According to the 2012 Securities and Investment Business (Approved Managers) Regulations, BounceBit will be authorized to manage investment funds and provide professional investment services.
BounceBit stated that this is a crucial step in building its institutional level RWA infrastructure regulatory framework, which will provide service support for institutions seeking compliant on chain RWA investments.
