According to a source familiar with the matter, Trump's questions focused on the importance of that technology and whether it would lead to the creation of new jobs. Earlier this week, Trump announced a strategy to build and strengthen the country's AI infrastructure, with the plan including Stargate, a 500 billion-worth joint project between OpenAI, SoftBank Group Corp., and Oracle Corporation.
