From the perspective of technical indicators, the current situation leans towards a consolidation phase. First, looking at the moving average system, the short-term moving averages seem to have golden crosses, but the long-term ones are pressing overhead, which is a very typical converging pattern with both upper and lower limits. The MACD indicator shows that both DIF and DEA are operating below the zero axis; although bullish momentum is weakly present, the strength is very weak, indicating insufficient rebound momentum. The Bollinger Bands are narrowing, with the middle line around 80745, and the price is hovering between the middle line and the upper line at 81898, which means volatility is decreasing and a trend change is imminent.
