Yesterday during a quick dip, I started to layout a buy on the retracement, but felt something was off in the evening and promptly adjusted to continue entering short orders. Early morning saw a dip to 2535 and 82500 levels, and the overall trend remains weak with further room for downward movement. The 4-hour and daily chart levels show an increase in volume during the decline, forming a clear downward trend and continuously creating new lows.


Currently, the market has broken the short-term support levels of 85000 and 2660 that were tested multiple times before, and the trend has clearly turned weaker. The current 4-hour candlestick closed as a bearish candle with a lower shadow, indicating some buying support at low levels but failing to change the overall downward pattern. Technically, both DIF and DEA are below the zero axis and continue to decline, with the MACD histogram's negative value expanding, indicating that the bearish momentum is very strong.
