To help everyone plan their schedules in advance, sign in smoothly, and receive on-site services in a timely manner, we have organized a participation guide for this summit, which includes practical information on check-in, WiFi, agenda, simultaneous interpretation, live streaming, catering, and transportation. It is recommended to save it in advance.

Participants who registered or purchased tickets via Eventbrite should visit the guest check-in counter upon arrival, showing their e-tickets to complete the check-in.
Once checked in, an entry badge and information bag will be issued on-site.
The e-tickets will be sent via SMS to the mobile phone number reserved at registration after successful booking. If you do not receive the SMS or cannot find it temporarily, you can also scan the QR code below to obtain your e-ticket information:

Important Reminder:
1. E-tickets can only be used once; after scanning to check in, they cannot be scanned again;
2. The badge is the only proof for entering and exiting the venue; please keep it carefully, as it will not be reissued if lost (even if left in hotel rooms, restrooms, etc.);
3. The badge cannot be loaned to others for use;
4. Due to the large number of participants at this summit, to save your precious time, it is recommended to print the e-ticket or take a screenshot in advance and try to arrive early for check-in.

Catering:
This event will not provide meals or tea breaks. If you wish to dine inside the hotel, you can enjoy a 20% discount at the following restaurants with your event badge:
1. New World Restaurant: located on the 1st Floor of the East Building (Cantonese and local cuisine)
2. Aroma Restaurant: located on the 2nd Floor of the West Building (casual dining: Western and Chinese dishes)
There are also plenty of dining options available within 800 meters at Baiyulan Square.
Transportation:
1. Pudong International Airport → Hyatt on the Bund: Metro Line 2 → Metro Line 10 Tian Tong Road Station (Exit 3), walk 1.2 kilometers to Hyatt on the Bund
2. Hongqiao International Airport/Hongqiao Railway Station → Hyatt on the Bund: Metro Line 10 to Tian Tong Road Station (Exit 3), walk 1.2 kilometers to Hyatt on the Bund
Parking Services:
Self-driving participants can park their vehicles in the hotel parking lot, and enjoy 24-hour free parking with their event badge.
Before leaving, please go to the check-in consultation desk with your event badge to scan and link your license plate. After completing the registration, the vehicle must exit the parking lot within 15 minutes.
Warm reminder: Limited parking spaces are available at the hotel, first come first served; it is recommended to prioritize public transportation.
