Yesterday, when the SEC's policy came out, I exchanged another 10% of BTC for UNI.

In fact, if it weren't for this policy, UNI wouldn't particularly attract me because the trading volume of altcoins in the crypto space isn't that large. It has a market cap of tens of billions, and it’s just like HYPE—good things but not considered cheap—it's just that it has fallen a bit more.

But now this policy is simply a direct buff to UNI. It has emphasized that only public chains and public infrastructure can be used—this is actually to fully utilize the characteristics of blockchain, including dirty money and various tracking, without dark boxes, and without past centralized chains, so that retail investors can be in a fair position.

For UNI, my understanding is that on-chain stocks could grow 100 times—this is really not outrageous at all. It is currently a $30 billion stock, and even if 1% of the stocks come over, that's several hundred billion. So a 100-fold increase would be $300 billion, and a 10,000-fold increase would be $3 trillion, which means if 5% of the stocks come over, these on-chain stocks need to be traded, regardless of which chain, whether it’s TMD L1 or L2, there needs to be a SWAP, and the one making the most money will be the leading UNI.

Additionally, UNI has already opened the buyback switch. The more it earns, the more it rises. I feel that UNI's historical bottom is around 4.5-5, which can be tracked and held as a long-term target— the reason it is called long-term is because of the aforementioned 1000 times growth. It takes time for the bill to be implemented, but everyone just needs to remember that this adds a position of UNI to the top value coins in the crypto space, and one might even be more optimistic about UNI than about HYPE. Don't underestimate spot trading; contracts are short-term and intense, while spot is long-term and persistent.
