Trading is not about studying how to avoid losses, but rather about studying how to make losses controllable and how to make profits valuable. A truly excellent trading system is not about being right every time.
Instead, it is about being able to afford losses when wrong and earning enough when right; after many consecutive mistakes, you still have the qualifications to continue betting. Winning percentage determines experience, profit-loss ratio determines efficiency, and risk determines whether you can survive to the end. Ultimately, in trading, it's not about who can analyze the market most accurately, but about who can keep the cost of mistakes small enough.
The Bitcoin market yesterday first rose and then fell, with the overnight price of Bitcoin rising to 79,600, testing the resistance at the 80,000 level before retreating. The price has returned to the rising point from yesterday, indicating that the current trend is still in a state of fluctuation, so one can only say to refrain from chasing highs and cutting losses.
On the four-hour K-line, after previously testing the lower track, there were consecutive two solid candles followed by smaller negative candles continuing the rise. After breaking upwards, it faced resistance and retreated, now attempting to rise again but failing and creating two negative candles. In the short term, the 77,400 mid-track serves as support; if it holds, the price will likely rise to test higher levels. Conversely, if it breaks, it may continue to decline significantly, heading towards the lower track at 76,500.
From the current formation, there is still space for decline. It is recommended to wait until this wave of decline is nearly finished before looking bullish, suggesting to buy in batches around the 77,100-76,700 area with a target looking towards the 78,500-79,500 levels.
