Ethereum’s staking debate is now a tradeoff between validator yield and holder dilution.

At 35% staked, the current model implies ~2.54% consensus APR and ~0.89% annual gross issuance. A draft proposal would cut APR to ~1.03% after transition, but EF says the decision needs broader ecosystem agreement.
