Many friends know that former US President Biden's son plans to issue a cryptocurrency called LAPTOP on September 9, US time, named after his controversial "laptop."

In 2019, an Apple laptop containing Hunter's personal data was left at a repair shop in Delaware. Old Biden had previously stated several times that he would not pardon his son, but on December 1, 2024, he changed his decision and signed a full, unconditional pardon, subsequently ending the case.
