A relatively good LP tool is @KrystalDeFi. Compared to some new LP DeFi tools, it has a longer history, is also safer, and is easier to use, with data being clear at a glance. I generally only set up trading pairs of USDG, WETH, and ETH, as there is no need for too much exposure, it's hard to manage!

Then pay attention to LP fees, for example in the image below, 1, SPY/USDG and WETH/SPY. Although both are S&P 500 liquidity pools, in terms of 24-hour trading volume, WETH/SPY has $21.8 million, while SPY/USDG only has $5.5 million. However, in 24-hour fees, the USDG pool is twice as high as the WETH pool, mainly because the LP fee for USDG is 0.35%, while WETH is only 0.05%, resulting in a significant difference. The higher the LP fee, the higher your returns, but you also need to pay attention to trading volume, as the two are closely related.

For some meme coin trading pairs, I usually choose trading pairs with LP fees of over 1%, but care must be taken regarding the risk of impermanent loss. It is recommended to start with indexes or popular stocks in the early stages!
