Genius Group wants to rebuild an $827M Bitcoin treasury after selling its entire BTC position to repay debt.

The catch: its first proposed raise is just $12.5M—only 1.51% of the target—and even that capital will be split across Bitcoin, AI assets and a cash reserve.
