Pharos Network, a Layer 1 public chain focused on RealFi (real world finance) and artificial intelligence, today announced the official launch of Axil Prime Credit Vault (hereafter referred to as "APC," Axil Prime Credit Vault).
This vault is a fully on-chain institutional-grade private credit strategy designed to open up high-quality credit asset classes, previously only available to large funds, family offices, and institutional trading desks, to a wider range of on-chain depositors. APC will be distributed through mainstream platforms such as OKX Wallet, Binance Wallet, TopNod, and Kucoin Wallet, with a target annual yield (APY) of approximately 14.3% and a total fundraising cap of 100 million USDC.
Private credit has become one of the fastest-growing financial segments globally, with institutional capital continuously allocating billions of dollars to this asset class in search of diversified returns that are lowly correlated with public markets. However, for a long time, retail and small to medium-sized investors have been virtually excluded from this market, with high-quality credit opportunities strictly limited to a few professional institutions. The launch of APC is fundamentally breaking this pattern from the distribution end.

The Axil Prime Credit Vault provides investment channels to a diversified private credit portfolio through institutional-level infrastructure. Its targeted yield consists of two parts: returns from the underlying private credit portfolio and ecosystem incentives in Pharos' native token $PROS + USDC. This yield characteristic is directly anchored to the real-world credit market, rather than relying on crypto-native token issuance or speculative trading.
APC is fully managed by Axil and deployed through the R25 protocol on the Pharos network. The roles of the three parties are clearly defined: Pharos serves as the distribution and settlement layer, providing a convenient entry point for RealFi users; Axil acts as the credit manager and vault operator, responsible for asset portfolio construction and credit strategy execution; the R25 protocol provides real-world asset (RWA) infrastructure to enable the secure connection of on-chain funds to offline credit assets.
Before the launch of APC, Pharos had successfully operated the pAlpha Vault, which also focused on real returns and had not experienced any security incidents throughout its lifecycle. APC adopts equally strict wind control and operational standards, extending the validated security framework to the private credit field. Depositors can subscribe using Pharos' native USDC supported by Circle or USDC assets bridged from Ethereum, significantly reducing the friction costs of cross-network fund transfers. APC is open to qualified users via leading platforms such as OKX Wallet, Binance Wallet, TopNod, and Kucoin Wallet, with a distribution scope that exceeds the boundaries of a single ecosystem.
The vault will officially open to the public on July 15, with a total fundraising amount of 100 million USDC. Following the "earlier deposits yield more benefits" principle, the earlier participants accumulate more days of returns before the lock-in period officially begins, potentially resulting in higher overall returns.
