I almost forgot a detail. Before I found the exchange partners, the first question I asked was whether a police report had been filed, because in Singapore, reporting to the police is very useful. However, the partner who was robbed said he had reported it, but when asked about the details of the report, he provided nothing. Later, I asked the exchange partners, and none of them had received any inquiries from Singapore police regarding this matter.
So I personally suggest that whether in mainland China or outside of China, the first thing to do when cryptocurrency is stolen is to report to the police first. Do not assume that mainland Chinese police will not handle cryptocurrency cases; they will accept it as well. And believe me, the police's ability to contact the exchange is much faster than many partners imagine.
After reporting to the police, going to the exchange with the police report receipt will be much easier. The exchange will directly provide the relevant information to the responsible police officer.
