Bold speculation: $ONDO may airdrop tokens to @OndoPerps users

1/ Where do the airdrop tokens come from?

Known information:

▌ $ONDO completed its TGE in January 2024

▌ Among them, the "ecosystem growth" portion accounts for 52.1% of the total tokens

According to the release rules, 2 unlocks have already been completed, and there are still about 2.376 billion ONDO tokens that have not been released.

The next release is expected in January 2027, at which time approximately 792 million ONDO will be released.

This portion of tokens leaves room for ecosystem incentives.

2/ Why might it be airdropped to Ondo Perps users?

There are mainly two reasons.

▌ First, Ondo Perps is Ondo's most important strategic layout in the past two years.

Since the public beta on June 9, the cumulative trading volume of Ondo Perps has exceeded 1.6 billion dollars, with a very rapid growth rate.

▌ Secondly, Ondo Perps is currently offering trading incentives.

For instance, in the current (sixth week) event, the weekly reward is 150,000 USDC.

Moreover, it is worth noting that there is a "points" section on the Ondo Perps official website, which is still in a grey status, but there may be a points system or reward mechanism in the future.
